For the first time, legendary Canadian angler Bob Izumi visits Moncton on behalf of Ranger Boats, Mercury Marine, and Bass Pro Shops.

Bob Izumi is a true Canadian fishing icon, global ambassador, and lifelong champion of recreational fishing. In 1979, he became Canada’s first full-time professional angler, and over the past six decades has won more than 70 bass tournaments—a record unmatched in this country.

For 38 years, Bob hosted the acclaimed Real Fishing television series, producing nearly a thousand episodes that inspired anglers of all ages. He also co-hosted the Real Fishing Radio Show, published Real Fishing Magazine for over 30 years, and has authored several books.

A member of two Halls of Fame and an honorary member of the Parliamentary Outdoor Caucus, Bob Izumi’s name has become synonymous with Canadian sportfishing excellence.

Simply put — Bob Izumi is a Canadian fishing legend and one of the most recognizable anglers in the nation’s history.
